7 year-old boy burnt alive for stealing in Lagos

A 7 year-old boy was beaten and burnt alive in the Badagry area of Lagos, for allegedly attempting to steal garri from a trader’s shop.

According to reports, the boy was seen by eyewitnesses trying to break into a shop where food are sold in the early hours of Tuesday November 15, 2016.

The little boy was nabbed by some men in the area, beaten and set ablaze by the mob despite pleas from the public since he did not actually commit the crime.

Some other sources and eyewitness are posting on social media that the boy stabbed a pregnant woman to death after unsuccessfully attempting to steal her phone. Does that mean the boy deserves jungle justice? See the screenshot below for more info:
